Our focus with this proposal was to provide Monster Energy with a quantifiable, cost-effective, turnkey marketing and branding strategy utilizing promotional ideas capable solely through the knowledge and experience gained by two successful entrepreneurs and aerial sports athletes. The extensive scale of aerial sports experience we posses involves B.A.S.E. Jumping, Paragliding, Wing Suit Flight, Skydiving, and Speed Flying. Our aerial experience is paralleled by our professionalism and keen business acumen. As successful business founders and operators, both my partner, Paul Somerset (Owner of Ono Sushi) and I have been acknowledged as leaders in our respective industries.
As a result of our experience, below is a brief overview of the services that we are able provide as sponsored athletes:
• Stunts and Exhibitions
• Competitions and Industry Events
• Brand Exposure
• Media & Network Distribution
• Branded Entertainment / Web-Episodic Series
• Event Sponsorship Opportunities
• Original Productions / Custom Productions
• Web Marketing
• Word Of Mouth Marketing
For example, training at Torrey Pines Glider Port just one day per weekend for 52 flight days would give Monster Energy an estimated 250,000 unique views of fully logo’d paragliders and one-on-one interaction with a minimum 50 spectators after each jump due to their personal interest in the sport. Another example is Bridge Day in Fayetteville, West Virginia, which hosts 200,000 fans each year as the world’s largest BASE jumping event. Total Projected First Year Exposure:
Stunts, Events & Training: 1,000,000+ unique viewers
Media & Network Distribution: 5,000,000+ unique viewers
Web Marketing: 1,000,000+ unique viewers
Southern California is the action sports Mecca. By capitalizing on strategic, highly publicized events in Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside and Orange County, we can garner maximum exposure for minimal capital outlay by jumping into events with the Monster Energy branded parachutes from the tethered Monster Energy branded hot air balloon!
Below are my comps that I designed and included with the proposal:
