Gymboree Play & Music was asked by the mall management to relocate to the mall management offices in the Oakridge Mall. Acting as the general contractor on the job, I was responsible for the entire relocation including demolition of existing mall offices, build-out of new the new Gymboree Play & Music location, custom millwork fabrication and installation, structural engineering consultation, and permitting.
